1. Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person.
2. All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights.They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood.
3. No one shall be held in slavery or servitude; slavery and the slave trade shall be prohibited in all their forms.
4.No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment
5. Everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion; this right includes freedom to change his religion or belief, and freedom, either alone or in community with others and in public or private, to manifest his religion or belief in teaching, practice, worship and observance.
6. Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers.
7.Everyone has the right to a standard of living adequate for the health and well-being of himself and of his family, including food, clothing, housing and medical care and necessary social services, and the right to security in the event of unemployment, sickness, disability, widowhood, old age or other lack of livelihood in circumstances beyond his control.
8. Everyone has the right to freedom of peaceful assembly and association.
9.Everyone has the right to work, to free choice of employment, to just and favorable conditions of work and to protection against unemployment.
10. Everyone has the right to education. Education shall be free, at least in the elementary and fundamental stages.
